Lead Thru Sport’s Leadership Has No Boundaries Basketball & Leadership Camp will give girls an opportunity to discover, engage, communicate and reflect through sport and other interactive activities. The goal is to create a positive, supportive and inclusive environment to help female athletes build a strong sense of self, explore new skills, develop healthy female relationships, recognize the benefit of sport for their future, and truly understand what it means to be a leader.

ALL-FEMALE STAFF
All our staff will be amazing female mentors with expertise in both basketball and leadership.
WORLD-CLASS FACILITY
The Markham Pan Am Centre is one of the best facilities in all of York Region with world-class standards and features.
ELITE BASKETBALL TRAINING
This camp will be a combination of fundamental skills, team concepts, fitness, IQ, mental skills, and application through fun games and competitions.
DAILY CLASSROOM SESSIONS
All players will participate in daily classroom sessions based around Lead Thru Sport’s themes of “Leadership Has No Boundaries”, “Build Her Up”, and “Because We Can.” Concepts will be introduced in the classroom and reinforced on the court.
MULTI-SPORT COMPONENT INTRODUCED EVERY DAY
Every day for at least 30 minutes, athletes will be introduced to a new sport and will be related to basketball skills and concepts. The girls will understand how different sports relate, and how being a multi-sport athlete will help them become better basketball players.
FEMALE GUEST INSTRUCTORS
Throughout the week, guest female instructors will be brought in to do either an in-class or on-court session with the girls. This is a chance to connect the girls with strong female role models and extend their knowledge on and off the court.
AWARDS
Players will have opportunities to earn awards and win prizes in various categories.
