Natasha Bussoli is the co-founder of Lead Thru Sport, a not-for-profit organization that provides females with meaningful and empowering learning experiences. She works to design programs for females, delivered by females, that focus on building confidence, resilience, leadership skills, and healthy female relationships. She also mentors youth through work experience programs aimed at identifying passion and potential early on in life. Natasha hopes to build a culture of strong female leaders that continue to defy odds and break barriers!

She is a very proud daughter of Rose and is PUMPED to be partnering with Kick-Ass Ladies and be part of an amazing and FUN mother-daughter experience!!!

Courtney McLeod is a certified professional coach, award winning speaker, facilitator and event specialist. She is the proud founder & leader of the Kick-Ass Ladies group which brings amazing women together to connect, grow, and have crazy fun adventures (like movie stunt school, axe throwing, archery tag, etc.). 

She is the proud mom of two amazing daughters and she cares about empowering women and girls. Courtney is excited to partner with Lead Thru Sport to help mothers and daughters have some fun and learn about themselves and each other!
