These training pods will be a combination of fundamental skills, team concepts, fitness, IQ, mental skills, and application through small-sided games and competitions. Every day will focus on leadership concepts around emotional regulation, adversity, confidence, and support. These concepts will be incorporated into skills and gameplay daily.

AFTERNOON: Girls going into grades 8-12: 12:30-3:30pm (extended care 12:00pm-4:00pm)

$60/session or $150 for all 3 days
