BUILD HER UP school workshops create a positive, supportive and inclusive environment to help athletes build a strong sense of self and develop healthy female relationships. By using various interactive activities, athletes will have an opportunity to reflect, engage, and interact with each other, while exploring essential transferable skills from sport.
Workshops include both classroom & gym sessions.
