Lead US is about developing a culture of young female leaders through intentional leadership games and teamwork. This program will have problem-solving, teamwork, new ideas, physical activity, and connection. Girls will all have an opportunity to put their leadership skills to the test and actively learn about a new leadership concept each week. There will be teams, there will be competitive games, there will be empowerment, and there will be FUN!
Each week will focus on one of the following leadership concepts:
BUILD HER UP
Practicing the skill of seeing the value in yourself and others that will help build up both ourselves and other girls and women.
BECAUSE WE CAN.
Stepping outside of your comfort zone and stepping up to challenges to build essential leadership skills.
NOT JUST AN ATHLETE
Exploring your identity beyond being an athlete – this includes being a strong, confident leader with passion, drive, and purpose.
HERE TO STAY
Building confidence, resilience, and self-worth to be able to deal with adversity. We never underestimate ourselves!
